The other Sent folder on PC side is equal to [Imap]/Sent folder on web, which was created by yourself or created in our earlier release, not the actual folder.

For the default free V1 validation, the system will automatically renew the default certificates after configure a new 13-month identity certificate. For charged validation, please renew your subscription within one month before the expiration of the validation and enjoy a 20% discount. There is no discount after it is expired.

If the charged validation does not renew after expiration, it will be automatically downgraded to free validation. Only the default V1 identity certificate will be configured. You can still continue to use MeSince encryption service for free.

For charged validation, the identity certificates subject information language is same as your identity document language. The user can apply on our website for certificates for other languages. The first foreign language certificate is free and from the second, it will be charged. For organization validation, the authorized person can choose one language as default foreign language for free, if employee like to have other language certificate, then he/she need to pay for this additional language certificate, each language charge US$1.99.

4
The longest period for validation is 3 years, which has discount vary from 10 to 20 percent. The 3-year limit is decided by two factors: One is a requirement by the standard, that the longest period for a certificate must be no more than 39 months. The other is that, in too long a period, identity status of an organization or individual may change.

As for the free encrypting certificate, MeSince will issue a new one every 39 months. For identity certificate, before it expires, please re-apply the validation in your account and MeSince will issue a new one.

Certainly, you can pay fees for more than 3 years of validation fee and after 3 years, you only need to do a new validation process.

When your organization have applied organization validation, the application requester is required to submit a list of employees in MeSince system. If your email address is in the list, you are qualified to have V3 or V4 identity certificate, but you need to upload your personal identity document to finish your personal identity validation. After you upload your document, MeSince automatically configure V3 or V4 certificate for you when the validation process is completed.

Yes, you can apply for individual validation for a special price using your personal email after your V3 or V4 identity certificate is installed, the special price for you is US$1.99 that you need to pay by yourselves.

MeSince only charges the validation fee. That means which type validation you choose, the relevant identity certificates are free, and the number of them is unlimited. Specifically, if you are using an email address on N devices, then MeSince will issue N identity certificates to configure on those N devices without charge, this is same for free validation and charged validation.

So, for the question, yes, MeSince will not charge fee on certificates and no limit for the number of certificates. For organization validation, the validation service fee is US$89.99 for one year, which is the fee for validation. All your company employees will have V3 and V4 identity certificate for free even your company have more 10K employees, and also no limit for all devices used in your company. No number limits on employees or devices, all certificates are free, just charge the identity validation fee.

Work email is for work, you should use your personal email to apply individual validation. If your company has applied organization validation, then you will totally be banned to use your work email to apply for individual validation. And in the case that your company hasn’t apply organization validation, then you are free to use the work email for individual validation (not recommended), but later when your company has applied for organization validation, you will be noticed to change your email address for your individual validation, otherwise you can’t get your V3 identity certificate.

That is to say, one email can only be one identity, personal identity or organization identity. If your company does not have an enterprise email account and uses a public free email address as a business email address and personal email address, you will need to re-apply for a free email address for business to apply for organization validation.

After finishing the validation, a V2 Identity Certificate will be configured in your email account that it displays your name and country. And the MeSince UI also will display your name with clear assertion "Identity Validated and Trusted".

If you want to encrypt your work email, then you should apply the Organization Validation. After finishing the validation, a V3 or V4 Identity Certificate will be configured in your email account that it displays your name, organization name and country. And the MeSince UI also will display your name with clear assertion "Identity Validated and Trusted".

MeSince charges fee for Individual and Organization identity validation service. In the valid period of an identity validation service, MeSince configures the relevant identity certificate automatically without any charge, without limit of certificate in different device.

Encrypting certificate and V1 identity certificate are free and configured automatically after a user sign in his/her email on MeSince. V2/V3/V4 identity certificate also are free after he/she has finished the individual or organization identity validation.MeSince charge the validation fee, all certificates are free without quantity limit.

MeSince authentication service has two types: free automated validation and charged manual validation. The default free automated validation only validates the email control that operated by machine automatically, so it is free. After finishing the validation, an encrypting certificate and a V1 identity certificate are installed, to provide basic encryption service and communication security.

MeSince users can apply the charged validation service, individual can apply Individual Validation service, and organization can apply Organization Validation service. After finishing the identity validation, the identity information will be included in the V2/V3/V4 identity certificate, then the sender can use this identity certificate to send email, the recipient can be sure about the true identity of the sender. MeSince service pattern is we charge the validation fee; all certificates are free and no quantity limit. And the free validation service’s certificates also are free and no limit.

The charged service is not compulsory, and the two free certificates can meet the basic email encrypting and signing need. The only difference is that the charged user will get V2/V3/V4 certificates that content identity information and will enjoy some value-added service.

FAQ / How can I protect my encrypted email when my mobile phone is lost?
« on: October 23, 2018, 08:15:22 AM »
If your mobile phone is lost, we strongly recommend that you log into MeSince website immediately and apply to revoke the encrypting certificate and signing certificate so that anyone cannot view your encrypted email because the encrypting certificate has been revoked. If you have set a certificate protection password, it is strongly recommended that you immediately reset the certificate protection password.

If anyone in your “Contact” used MeSince, it has a padlock icon. You can view the public key information, it not only lists the identity certificate, but also list this person’s all encrypting certificates. MeSince will use multi-certificate to encrypt the email, so that the receiver can decrypt the email using one of the encrypting certificates. And you can click the email icon to send encrypted email to the contact after finding the contact.

FAQ / How can I delete my MeSince account?
« on: October 23, 2018, 08:01:31 AM »
You may delete your MeSince account at any time by logging into your MeSince account in MeSince website. Uninstall your APP doesn't mean you have deleted your account. Your email will be in the "unsubscribed list" that other MeSince users can't get your encrypting certificate and can't send encrypted email to you after you delete your account. MeSince will delete your account data and revoke your Account Certificate within 5 work days after you submit the account deletion request.

Please note: After your account is deleted, you will not be able to log in to your MeSince account and you will not be able to use MeSince. Please uninstall the installed APP. Since the encrypting certificate has been revoked, you may not be able to decrypt the encrypted message using other S/MIME email client software.
